COOKING FROM THE FARMERS MARKET

Discover the pleasures of preparing and eating seasonal, organic, and locally grown produce. A class field trip to the Provo Farmers Market is planned to help you select and buy the best produce. We'll then use these items to prepare fantastic meals—focusing on Mediterranean cuisine—in the new state-of-the-art kitchen at the UVU Wellness Center.
